QUADRcom is a program designed for EPQS and EMP meter parametrization and data download to the computer through the optical or electrical interface, graphical data representation, and data gathering. The application uses Paradox databases controlled by the BDE (Borland Database Engine). The data can be exported to text file or DBF database as well.
